FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What are DTF transfers and how do they work?
DTF (Direct to Film) transfers are high-quality heat-applied prints. You upload your artwork, we print it on special transfer film, and you apply it with a heat press. They work on cotton, polyester, blends, and more — no pretreatment needed.
How fast will my order be processed?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped right away. For larger runs, processing may take 2–3 business days.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum order. You can order a single transfer or hundreds for full production runs.
What file format should I upload?
We recommend PNG with a transparent background at 300 DPI. PDF, AI, PSD, and EPS are also accepted.
How durable are DTF transfers?
With proper application, DTF transfers last 50+ washes. Colors stay vivid and the print resists cracking and fading.
What is the difference between Upload Gang Sheet and Build a Gang Sheet?
The Upload Gang Sheet option is for customers who design their sheet layout in external software and upload the final file. The Build a Gang Sheet option lets you arrange designs directly in our online builder.
Which fabrics work best with DTF transfers?
DTF transfers work beautifully on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, denim, canvas, and more.
What are the heat press settings?
Standard fabric: 275°F, firm pressure, 8–10 seconds. Heat sensitive fabric: 220–240°F, firm pressure, 15 seconds. Hot peel recommended.
Do you ship across the US?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states via UPS. Free shipping on orders over $75.
